1 Add item(s) to cart

After you’ve decided on an item, enter your order quantity and add it to the cart. You can add multiple items to your cart at once and continue browsing.

2 View your cart

Go to your cart. You will see a button to personalize each item next to every SKU. You can access your cart to personalize your items at any time.

3 Proceed to personalization!

Upload your own logo, enter your own text, choose your favorite clipart from our library, or select more custom options, including Gift Message. You can save and edit the personalization at any time. When you finish, proceed to check out.

4 Artwork Proof

After placing your order, our designer will design or lay out your personalization and send you a proof within 24hr during business days.

1 Submit Order Inquiry

Enter your order quantity next to the SKU and click ‘Email Us to Order’ button. A submission form will be shown. Fill out the required information on the submission form. You may enter your desired quantities for multiple SKUs on the product page at once.

2 Price Quote Approval

Once you submit your order inquiry, we will email you back a price quote within 24 hours (Mon-Fri), including a summary of the additional personalization option costs and shipping/tax charges. Once you approve the quote, we will place the order for you and send you a secured payment link to submit your payment.

3 Submit Personalization Detail

You will email your logo file in a high resolution graphic format of .PDF, .AI or .EPS at 300dpi or higher to art@crystalplus.com with your order number on the email subject line. Text may be provided in the email body or attached in a Word/Excel/PDF file. Character limit is provided in the ‘Product Details’ tab of each SKU.

4 Artwork Proof Process

Once we receive your payment and personalization information, a free artwork proof will be emailed to you within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). Our in-house design team will use the default font, which is shown on the Standard Artwork Template section, to design your layout accordingly, in addition to any logo you provide. You will have up to 3 free revisions, and your proof approval is required to proceed to production.

Our selection of Premier Acrylic Awards are an economical choice and provide many of the same characteristics as Glass and Crystal awards. Acrylic is shatter resistant and offers a nice frosted look where lasered. The benefit of Acrylic material is that it can be transformed into virtually any shape or color. The range of creative expression is unlimited. *Due to the softness of the Acrylic material, light scratches or flaw lines are considered acceptable by the manufacturing nature.

Personalization Method: Sublimation

Sublimation is the method of applying full-colored images to specially coated ceramics, metals, and other substrates by using sublimation ink, heat, and pressure. There is no other process where a photograph looks more vivid and realistic for these types of products.

Free Standard Personalization

You are able to upload your logo/artwork or choose from our Clipart Library and enter your own texts before Checkout unless "Not Engravable", "Pre-etched" or "Pre-designed" is mentioned. No limitation on texts as long as it fits on the imprint area. First logo per piece in high resolution vector art format or from our Clipart library is Free. Each piece in your cart can be personalized with different logo/artwork and text.
